2014 CASA Volunteer of the Year

Thursday, May 8, 2014

Our 2014 Volunteer of the Year Award went to Mr. Zachary Rivenbark. During his time with our program, Zach was the very definition of a dedicated CASA Volunteer.  He would always go above and beyond in all of his investigations for the court and was always a warm, friendly and familiar face to each of his CASA "Kids".

Zach started the CASA program in March 2012.  Since this time, he has served as an advocate for 7 children.  Zach had over 115 volunteer hours with our program.  He was always willing and ready to assist our program with any fundrasing event we hosted.

Although we are very happy and extremely proud that Zach will graduate from the Appalachian School of Law this spring, we are sad to lose him as a most wonderful CASA.  We wish you, as well as your fellow CASA graduates, all the best in your future endevors Zach!  Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication!
